Q2 real estate sales report: Zellwood

Median prices rose in Zellwood over last year, and are down 60.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 23 homes sold in Zellwood for a median price of $87,000. That's 45.8 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
