Q3 real estate sales report: Tangerine

Median prices declined in Tangerine over last year, and are up 256.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 5 homes sold in Tangerine for a median price of $417,500. That's 0.2 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Tangerine.

Median property tax for homeowners in Tangerine was $3,568.62 in 2015 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 1.4 percent of their home's value in taxes.
